Someone recently placed a flyer underneath the windshield wiper of the truck belonging to Penny's parents. The flyer was from a business that specializes in hauling off abandoned junk vehicles. However, the truck in question is still in great working order. The only thing it needs is a new paint job. Penny's folks were slightly offended, but laughed as they threw away the note.

Jeff and Penny celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary today. Here are two recent photos that they took of each other.

River (at center of top photo) and her fellow third-graders recently put on a class musical program to celebrate the end of the school year. The hour-long program included a humorous story with a few songs about "Stone Soup".
